1. Purpose
QliniCare CE is committed to ensuring transparency, independence, and integrity in all educational activities. This Disclosure Policy provides participants with information regarding any relevant financial relationships, commercial support, or potential conflicts of interest that could influence course content.

2. Financial Relationships
All individuals involved in the development, planning, review, or delivery of educational content are required to disclose any relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies within the past 24 months.

Financial relationships may include, but are not limited to:

  • Employment
  • Consulting fees
  • Honoraria
  • Ownership interests
  • Research funding

3. Conflict of Interest Resolution
All identified conflicts of interest are reviewed and resolved prior to the educational activity. Resolution methods may include content review, content modification, or removal of individuals with unresolved conflicts.

Individuals with unresolved conflicts of interest will not be permitted to influence educational content.

4. Commercial Support
QliniCare CE educational activities are developed independently and without commercial support.

If commercial support is provided in the future, it will be disclosed to participants and will not influence the content, design, or delivery of educational activities.

5. Content Integrity and Independence
All educational content is developed to be accurate, balanced, and free from commercial bias. Content is based on current knowledge, accepted standards, and best practices to support professional development.

6. Disclosure to Participants
Relevant disclosures will be provided to participants prior to the start of each course.

If no relevant financial relationships exist, the following statement will be used:
“The planners and presenters of this activity have no relevant financial relationships to disclose.”

7. Off-Label Use
If applicable, any discussion of off-label or unapproved uses of medications or therapies will be disclosed to participants.

8. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for reviewing all disclosures and applying professional judgment when incorporating course information into practice.

9. Policy Enforcement
QliniCare CE reserves the right to review disclosures, request updates, and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with this policy.
